At VRUMI VEDIC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

2. Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

• Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (unless damaged)

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund, depending on product availability and the issue reported

The final decision will be made by VRUMI VEDIC.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
